Smart Valley, Inc., a nonprofit association of several high-tech companies, organizes projects to create high-speed communication systems and information to enhance the quality of life in Silicon Valley.

SVI needed an image that would reflect the message "nurturing technology". Community, education, harmony and growth were equally important messages needing to be conveyed.
